• Yarn Sourcing

    Yarn Sourcing

The foundation of exceptional fabrics lies in the rigorous selection of premium yarns. We therefore meticulously select high-performance chemical filament and mono-filament yarns, primarily focusing on Nylon 6, Nylon 66, and high-strength yarns. To meet specific functional demands, we also integrate specialized yarns such as conductive threads, building differentiated performance directly into the fabric.
  • Warping

    Warping

The warping process employs high-speed Japanese warping machines to precisely consolidate thousands of yarn ends from the creel onto the beam. Finished beams are sealed and stored in a storage system to ensure stability. Subsequent drawing-in is completed by fully automated drawing-in machines operating in a dedicated temperature-stable workshop, where controlled ambient conditions effectively maintain uniform yarn tension and process accuracy.
  • Weaving

    Weaving

Our weaving workshop is equipped with high-performance water jet looms, including Tsudakoma 8100 series models from Japan and Yin Chuen Machinery, featuring twin-nozzle weft accumulators and Staubli rotary dobby series. Through meticulous process control, we specialize in producing nylon Oxford fabrics and other technical textiles spanning a broad range of 40D to 1000D, ensuring consistent structural integrity and premium quality output.
  • Dyeing

    Dyeing

We maintain deep dyeing collaborations with Fortune Global 500 enterprises. During color development, we work through multiple rounds of lab dip sampling until achieving precise color matching to client standards. Our experienced Quality Control team provides full-process supervision from sampling to bulk production, ensuring each batch of grey fabric receives accurate dyeing and setting treatments, ultimately delivering exceptional consistency in color, hand feel, and quality.
  • Finishing

    Finishing

We collaborate with leading finishing specialists to provide a comprehensive suite of finishing solutions, including coating, printing, calendering, embossing, foaming and laminating. These processing technologies can significantly enhances the visual appeal, functionality, and application scope of our fabrics.
  • Inspecting

    Inspecting

We implement a rigorous, full-process quality inspection system. All finished fabrics are inspected against customer specifications and industry standards (e.g., AATCC 4-Point System). Fabrics that pass inspection are stored in our large-scale, specialized warehouse featuring light-blocking and climate-control capabilities, ensuring that all fabrics are preserved in optimal condition until delivery.
