• Does your website show all your products?

  Not at all. The website showcases our most representative, popular, and classic series to demonstrate our core expertise - most displayed with PU coating for consistent presentation. However, our self-developed product range exceeds 1,000 variants, with diverse finishing options including PVC/TPU coating, printing, calendering, embossing, foaming, and laminating. We welcome custom inquiries and factory visits!

• What is your sample policy?

  We provide free samples under 1 meter with color cards when stock permits. Larger samples require nominal charges plus courier fees. Samples are shipped via SF Express, DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT.

• How can I get a price quote?
  We operate on a made-to-order basis. For accurate pricing, please provide either: 1) Original samples/tech packs with detailed specifications (yarn count, density, width, composition, finishing), or 2) Product images with application requirements for reference pricing. Final quotes require physical sample verification.
• What payment terms do you accept?
  We accept T/T and Irrevocable L/C at Sight. Other payment methods can be negotiated case by case.
• Which incoterms do you tpyically work with?
  We can do FOB, CIF, CFR, and EXW. Seafreight shipments typically depart from Shanghai Port.
• What is your minimum order quantity?

  MOQ varies by fabric type:  

  • Heavyweight fabrics: 500-600 meters per lot/color  

  • Lightweight fabrics: 1,000-2,000 meters per lot/color  

  • Small batches: 200-500 meters per lot/color (with surcharge)

• What is your production lead time?
  Lead times range from 3-25 days after receiving advance payment, depending on order complexity and current production schedule. Rush orders can be accommodated upon request.
